Month to Month Lease

Does anyone have a copy of a Florida "Month to Month" lease? My leases are all annual, but I need to switch one to a month to month today and don't have access to an attorney today. I'm in Hillsborough county if that makes any difference. If it's not a Florida month to month lease, I might still be able to get some tips from it. Thanks

Hi @Jon S., can you just set the lease term of your current lease document to be 1 month and renew automatically unless either side notifies of a change within "X" number of days?  I have leases that are 6 months long and renew automatically for 6 more months unless either side stops it.  I don't see why this could not be used on a 1 month term in the same way.  Of course, I am not giving any legal advice, and I don't know what laws may be different in FL :)
