If not you’ll probably be lucky to live a Lower middle class life style.

With the move, you may need to coach your parents into a lifestyle that doesn't require the luxuries of the city.

Ever since that time though I have adopted a minimalist lifestyle and I'm proud to say that now I have absolutely zero debt and am able to comfortably live off of about 25% of my income and saving the rest. 

I used to be like a religious zealot wearing a sandwich board, standing on a street corner shouting to passers by that RE investing is the greatest thing in the world and why isn't everyone doing this? 

Charge high rent to weed out the low-lifes, Etc.....I'm sure you already have this in mind.I would just hate for your first STR guest walk in and feel/smell the college lifestyle ambiance.

It’s a great income stream that affords a nice lifestyle but it’s not the wealth builder that is going to get me to my big financial goals.

My portfolio is doing very well and my lifestyle is fairly inexpensive, so I'm at the point where I don't know the best way to use my cash flow.
