I would like to work out once or twice a week and I’d like to have the body of a cross fit trainer, however, if I don’t put in the work I won’t likely get the same results.Now there are hybrid ways of investing that give you much better returns than purely passive.

Perhaps this will be an unpopular opinion…..I would either: think of this purely from an investment lens, in which case owning cross country is fine….OrTreat this as a vacation/investment, and make it driving distance.My worry is that you’ll buy a place in say FL, you’ll fly there twice/year.
