First direct mail campaign

I gathered a list of current landlords in my area and plan on mailing them tomorrow. What is the best way for me to reach out to investors in my area? How/should I leverage my age and ambition being a motivated 20 year old diving into real estate investing? Should the letter be hand written, on a postcard, etc?

Jerryll, I really thought about you post. Initially, I was offended, discouraged, and didn’t want to listen to what you had to say because it had gone against everything I had been learning up to this point.

But then I realized how lucky I am for you to take the time out of your day to teach something that you are truly passionate about. I really grasped the concept the second time reading through. Currently I am watching your speech at BPCON2021. I really want to learn more from you.
