Finding a market for a STR

Stacey H.
Posted

Hello, I am looking for a vacation home for me and my family to visit a couple of times a year. I'd like something either near a beach or lake, and then use it for a short-term rental when we're not there. However, I don't know what market I'd like to be in. Does anyone have a good resource for helping to narrow down a STR-friendly market? Not exactly sure where to start!

This is a slightly large country. You need to take the lead and figure out at least a few places you'd like to go.
