Doing a quick search, it appears that Colorado law only requires that the therapist be licensed in Colorado, not that they live or practice in Colorado.

Practically every site listed will utilize one of these three. 

I will say that one of the benefits of driving for dollars is that not only can you find some good leads to go after, but simultaneously you are learning your market if you are doing it right.

They are part of the business community and have a voice.In todays world, STR's By Owner have become a threat to local populations and as a result we are seeing all of the new and revised ordinances that restrict or ban the practice. 

So while using the tax rate for us is good practice, we are usually over estimating.  

Networking is always a great practice and you never know who you might meet there and what good information they have to share.

I think one major barrier to us newbies is the fear of vastly misreading the rehab estimate, and getting in over budget and over our heads. Here is my request that I think would help lots of people by using real life ...
