Refinancing Without W2 Income

Can anyone with experience implementing the BRRRR method strategy provide steps or methods to cash-out-refinance a couple of properties in order to use the capital for further acquisitions and returning capital to original investors? Looking to refinance without W2 income and place the properties and loans under the name of my LLC. Are there banks/institutions willing to do this?

@Stephanie P. Thank you so much for the response. Okay, that works well. I will have to search for a few in the Ohio and New Jersey areas. Would you happen to know of any institutions in either of those areas that provide this service? The local banks, credit unions and larger financial institutions I use do not provide this option or rather I have not communicated with the right person in these organizations that will allow this type of lending.
