Not sure if I am the only one noticing that , but lately I see more houses under 500K in GTA.

Haven't had any reason to suspect anything amiss.Fast forward to August 2018, I get a notice from voucher office that in October the tenant would start paying a portion of rent again.

Give them written notice that you will not sign a new lease and want them out.

Based on Section 8 the notice period ended at the end of August  (although I sent them the relevant documents on April) and she has a ready to get in property since September 1st. 

Highly unlikely you will have positive cash flow but without knowing property value and market rent it is impossible to give advice aside from ....... never invest in a income property with a pool.

Hi there, I would like to understand the deal flow better - it seems pretty straightforward on the surface- but wanna know more details.My situation - I have a few long term rentals that are slight positive cash flow.

The lease with current landlord says 2 months notice must be given before moving.

Would love to hear from some others on how they got started and anything else relevant for someone in my position.
