Hi everyone,I currently live in Manassas, VA and have a 2 car attached garage with a vaulted ceiling that I'm thinking about converting into an ADU (studio, or 1 bed/1bath with a small loft, and kitchen). 

Ended up with 4 couples sitting on stoops and in cars racing to get the apps back to me first, pretty funny.

I have a ton of tools to work on cars and to work with metal, but house rehab is new to me and I don’t have a lot of tools that can be used for that.

People who ride motorcycles take a risk of injury much more that those who drive cars.
