We have class B tenants so they're pretty "low maintenance" in general.

Touch up paint, cleaning, bulb replacement, and basic things generally need to be finished.

Since there are many experienced investor (hopefully with knowledge of this area), I would like to ask for any advice on locations, things that you wish you would have known, or any suggestions in general are greatly appreciated.

It can also take a LONG time to sell lots and it generally requires quite a bit of capital to improve the land to a point where you can sell improved lots.  

I am specifically looking to invest in commercial strip centers, apartment buildings, medical buildings, or offices in general.

Nationally people make about $15,000 Net after all expenses and generally take 6 months from start to selling to closing.
