I don't know OK law, but I haven't heard of any law saying you have to take the first app you get.  

It's a numbers game, use all the money to get leads and on the tools to help you get leads (dialers, driving app, database, flyers, posters, ads, cold-callers, door hangers, door knockers etc.)Good luck.

Just checked my TD Ameritrade app and everything is down.

Cost doubled to build after covid.Decided to maximize the site, and have approved pre-app for a large mixed use development. 

Pre-App approved.Comps for townhomes sell for 1.1 - 1.3million and the lease is $38-$41 NNN + TI Unfortunately, I don't have the experience to develop something this big.

The main real estate apps don't show them on the same search and many sellers in this market think that they can get more without a realtor (and good luck to them). 

Your text messaging app should have that ability.You could also educate yourself on how to sue them and make some money for your trouble.
