Property Managment Software

Hello!  I have just purchased my first rental property.  Hopefully, the start to many more.  I would like to have an all in one software that will track the expenses and repairs made, as well as rent.  I would like this software to also hold copies of the receipts, etc, and create a package at the end of the year for the accountant.  Even better if you are able to maintain these records separately for each property.  Does this exist?
