top agents in most higher priced markets make well over 1 million a year and of course some of the rock stars in say Manhatton or Beverly hills type areas probably can do 5 times that in commission income.. but I know they will spend a lot on marketing  bill boards  big catered open houses etc etc. 

My wife has rocking credit, but mine is around 690-700 area.

I buy in the better neighborhoods at rock bottom prices but am not afraid to spend money to improve/maintain the properties so that I can attract and keep great tenants.

We are attempting to not rock the boat currently.

However, I don't think there's any reason to disclose this, personally if I were to see something that said "Condo floors above are loud" I'd probably laugh.  

The areas I am looking at are Round Rock, Cedar Park, Leander, Pflugerville, etc. 

We are not loud neighbors, we are in school or studying most of the day.  

@Raul Salmeron I didn't mean that they stay there while you have big husky men bringing in laminate beams and sheet rock. ;-) They get "quiet enjoyment" while they are renters.

I have been listening to show 61 with Ben Leybovich and he said something that rang loudly for me.
