I'm Looking to get Started in Albany NY
Hi, I am new to BP and eventually I want to start by Investing in small multi units(4-5) in the Albany/Schenectady, NY area. I've been "passively" studying and learning from different sources, but found that this one seems to be the most complete.
Would anyone from the area choose Schenectady over Albany or vice versa? When I'm ready to "jump in", I will have about 100K to get the ball rolling.
Thanks for stopping in
