What do I do with these sellers
Hello Bigger Pockets Community ,
I currently have a house under contract for me to flip in which the seller is closing another house in a different state but they want me to let them stay in the house that they are selling to me while they move out to the other house . What would you do if this were your situation ?
I have told them that the house needs to be delivered to me in " vacant status " but in case they said no or any other excuse what would you say and do ?
Your help is greatly appreciated .
