In our own home this spring we put in LVP in all the rooms upstairs other than the bathrooms which we left for alone for now. ( new house to us ) We have a small dog that runs 90 miles an hour in the house and a cat and to date the floors show no issues with that.

I left 2 months after I closed and didn't have any problems.

He also left a Ring wired surveillance camera on top of the garage facing the driveway.

Luckily, I've reached that pinnacle, so I don't for see  other value adds taking place at my duplex in South Minneapolis, but the cash flow is very good and I have 10 years left to pay on the mortgage, in which is one of my many goals before I'm 60. 

It will be slow to start and that's ok with me...I still have 7 yrs in the military left, and am currently overseas for a few more, but once a snowball starts rolling of 100% rent into my pocket I feel it will be a great amount of passive income, and if the market ever corrects I will have free and clear homes to possibly finance and go out and buy cheaper houses. 

When I divide my total investment by my total expenses to get my CoC, I'm left with -20.49%.

They left lots of small flecks of paint and chips of old paint around the unit.
