Transwestern tend to sell some of the bigger companies in the millions to tens of millions and that is where the larger money to be made is at.I stick to transacting commercial real estate deals and then being a syndicator for retail value add as a sponsor.

Most larger commercial is on terms or with bank financing so remember that with your contract you get with the seller (get more time and more time for due diligence).
