PS when you go into the health department ( or whoever controls on site sewage) you may find out also that your individual systems and tanks are fine.. but you want to know for sure before you spend any money.

Once you are in escrow, you hold all of those cards if your contract is written properly and you know how to negotiate those contingencies. 

I understand the concept of it and know that the home will not appreciate as much & lease amount can increase etc.

I know all of this is negotiable but I would like to have a little more knowledge and guidance before I list it on the MLS at market rent. 

You can upload a photo of yourself to say hello, you can write a quick intro, and then you can see boxes when you scroll down on the left that when you click will allow you to add your company information, and it's always nice if you've invested in real estate in the past to put information about the deals you've done so people know what experience you have!

I can say that managing remotely is a challenge for many, I don't really know what value a person could bring trying to perform management services remotely for a third party.
