When we researched it a couple of years ago it was one of a couple programs that were both reasonably priced and yet powerful enough to do the things we needed.In our case it helped us figure out ahead of time our drawing for our kitchen layout was off as one of the cabinets would have been 2 inches wide.

I think the scope of it is that we have to gut what's there, separate out water/electric between the upstairs and downstairs, add a wall to separate garage and then redo the layout so that the rooms/kitchen/bathrm meet the building code of the city

@Adam Zacharski - I doubt I can answer satisfactorily, because I didn't know then and haven't researched further since, the IRS law/policies that lay out their options to buy my end or release the lien.Someone else with deeper knowledge may be able to enlighten, I can only relate what happened.
