Entryways are taken care of, but the space is really tight in one unit and I'm trying to figure out a layout that will actually work for someone with mobility issues.

Apartments- New kitchen layout, moved laundry into each unit, updated bathrooms, new windows (curb appeal), updated paint and flooring, turned the laundry room into the 12 unit.AirBNB- changed usage on the main level from office to 2 unit AirBNB.Office building- removed drop ceilings to add 3 foot ceiling height to make the space seem larger with more natural light.

But I really don’t like the layout of the baths upstairs and also how they tan the ducting for the central air.  

Make sure you're not going to wind up paying for phones and internet too unless you want to include that.

A really smart guy named George Box said "All models are wrong, but some are useful" And to be honest, I'm not going to bother changing one of my full models to suit this unique situation; its more work and all I'd get out of it is fake internet points.
