I normally don't pay more than $25 for "information" that I can get from the Internet. 

You can learn to skydive, windsurf, play guitar, martial arts from the internet but personally I would prefer a coach for any complex activity especially for something as important as real estate where there are legal ramifications and potentially large amounts of money at stake.
