Newbie on Deck !!

Hello Everyone,

I just wanted to take a few moments and introduce myself. My name is Shawna and I am from Bethlehem, PA. I am new to the site as well as the real estate industry. After doing a bunch of research my best friend and I have decided that now is a good time to build for our futures and thought that a good place to start investing in real estate would be with wholesaling. We have been reading lots of books and have been on the internet like crazy so that we can get as educated as possible. We would love any advice or suggestions that maybe you cannot find in books or online articles. Also we would love to maybe network with others so that maybe in the near future we can possibly work together and help each other out to get ahead.
