City vs neighborhood SEO marketing
As far as doing some internet marketing, does anyone have any experience on choosing to market to cities vs neighborhoods when trying to establish a presence?
Cities cast a wider net, but neighborhoods are more of a focus point. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

You need to use the Google Keyword Tool.
It will help you decide how to best market to your area by giving statistics from the previous year on how many people clicked on "your keyword" + city vs. "your keyword" + neighborhood.
Analyze the data and decide which is the best option for you to choose.
