I want to make sure it is a fit based on how we interact, the area they might be interested in, and my expertise  If they are looking in the area I serve and are compatible, it could be a real win-win.Second, I have found that it is a great idea to mention you are an agent when you first interview them on the phone.

The challenge here (when you do find the owner) is convincing him/her to interact with the court sponsoring the auction in an expeditious manner that would "stay" the property  or temporarily delay the auction.Also he/she may not wish to cooperate with you at all knowing that you have a vested interest.
