Nashville, TN
Hello BP
I am a new member/subscriber to BP and would like to introduce myself. I am Patrick Ducas a 31 year old investor/developer. I live in San Francisco, and work as a project manager for a large commercial general contractor. I'm very interested in the Nashville, TN market as I like many have been impressed by its continued growth rate. I'm making a trip down there on the 24th of October to check out a few properties through the standard brokerage services (CBRE, Colliers...). I was wondering if the BP members from the area could recommend any other resources, and people I should speak with. I am looking to purchase a property or land in or near downtown Nashville for development/re-development into condos, office, hospitality, or flex space. Condos and office are my first choice as that is where I have experience, but I'm interested in hospitality as well. Any suggestions and introductions would be appreciated.
Thanks
Patrick Ducas

Wow - Thanks to everyone for the welcome and recommendations on the best use of this site. I'll check out the search function, and read some of the past forum and blog articles. There were not too many current ones for the Nashville market, but maybe I can re-start the trend.
