My current tenant got an inspector to take multiple samples of asbestos.The biggest asbestos items are in the attic.Popcorn ceiling everywhere, tested at 1% asbestos.In your experience, does having asbestos in the house make it more difficult to rent out?

I don't suggest looking for properties in the MLS as it's full of intense competition but if you have plans to work with on market properties, you should get a license.
