When sellers talk about not having the energy to fill vacant lots, do they not know about the CASH program from 21st mortgage? Or is this a red flag that there isn't a lot of demand?

@Dominick Dahmen I have been looking into CASH Program for a couple of major infill projects I currently have under contract.  While the program definitely has its benefits it is a process to get approved and you need to be in a market where a potential buyer can afford to put down in most cases 3-5k in the financing process.  In some areas that eliminates a large number of potential buyers.  You can still utiliize the rental program but then you are paying set up costs which becomes more capital intensive.  All in all I like the program but it’s not quite as simple as bringing in as many homes as you want as fast as you can with no cost to you.  There are a lot of moving pieces.  Best of luck!
