Dear Forum,I recently learned of a real estate mentor named Matt Theriault.

I'm learning about BRRRR strategy right now, and would love to utilize it, however dont want to burn all my capital on one property.

My recommendation would be to assess the entire neighborhood where the properties you're interested in are located, rather than focusing solely on individual homes.

Having the opportunity to learn from someone with firsthand knowledge would be immensely beneficial as I prepare to embark on this exciting endeavor.

If he is an experienced investor he may or may not be open to that but you could learn a lot from him by partnering up.

I think if you don't jump ahead of yourself and partner with an experienced person, you're learning curve will be exponential and you'll be able to answer your own post.
