Hi, I am looking for recommendations on investor friendly general contractor who can do gut rehab (interior and exterior) in Tacoma WA for 2 units (each of size 400 and 480 sq ft). 

I found out that a family friend does a little bit of private lending and got both properties financed with him.  

The size of the mortgage depends on if refinancing individual loans or several under a blanket loan structure.

They seem to cater to the mom n pop investor such as yourself and not strictly Institutional or other High Net Individuals.
