I have been reading about adverse mortgage fees in news from Dec 1st( it was supposed to be implemented from Sept 1) and this has been playing in the back of my mind during this refinance process am I little worried if it’s going to bite my back at the time of closing, my current lender has already sent me payoff instructions.
