When I moved it I had electricity (which I barely used except to run appliances, and I mean that my monthly bill averaged $30), heat (which again I barely used...nothing that cheap sweatshirts and blankets can't fix if you're just sitting on your computer looking at BP), and running water...and in this regard I literally mean running because I had a 4 foot hole in my dining room ceiling with a plumbing leak and a red Solo cup to catch the drip while I slept on an air mattress on the floor.

He will then advertise the property as a "Rent to Own" where he has the same agreement with the prospective tenant as he has with you except he will require a deposit equal to or more than what he agreed to give to you and the monthly rent will be more than what he agreed to give to you.

the only exception might be is if all the deals are that low and it still doesn't make sense timewise, but again, if they are successful, the deals should get bigger so it's still something you might do.
