My question is this: in a previous business, I had an LLC in Wyoming rather than in Tennessee due to TN's onerous paperwork, bad website, terrible gov't customer service, and higher fees, all of which I experienced in an earlier TN LLC.

I would also encourage you to look at historical trends - what has happened to the homeprice/household income ratio over time.

I would say this is what the majority of our customers do, followed by a group that has educated themselves and do their own, followed by a few folks who truly do just wing it.
