How to build a website?

I know this is not really the right site to post this, but it is where I spend most of my time and I figured we had some pretty smart people on here.

My wife is starting her own mobile spa business and we need to make her a website. We bought the domain name from godaddy for 2 years. Now we just need to figure out how to make the website.  Any help would be appreciated.

The website we would like it to look like is :

http://www.amandasmassage.com/

Of course we would change up the services offered and pictures etc, but we like this simple layout.

Any pointers would help. I am starting from scratch on this. I have NEVER made a website.
