@Jon S.Here's the difference in me and many of the strutting peacock braggadocios blowhards on BP and Facebook (not referring to you):I can back up everything I say with documentation and recorded calls. 

Maintenance issues are all documented on the owners/renters internet portal.  

I hope to make a diary from start to finish as it's certainly something I haven't found documented on this site.

He sent email stating what exactly happened and how he overpaid him but contractor keeps on saying there is no overpayment and he doesn't want to meet to review everything together, even though audit and our documentation clearly says we overpaid him.

When you are consulting somebody on how to do a lease purchase and you are providing blank documents - I know you're not supposed to fill out the documents for the client for an actual transaction but was confused as to whether it is a no - no to show/give them the same documents filled out for a sample non-existing transaction?

The title company completed loan paper work and closing documents which included a deed of trust and a promissory note.

Make sure all of the documentation is in order. 

I searched the public records and looks like it may have already been foreclosed upon because there is deed document from the occupant to our friend.
