Hello BP members, I have just finished my first flip in the Wilmington DE area (N Van Buren).

I have a property on a mountain in Rio de Janeiro  that looks down on a valley that looks like Swiss Alps without the snow.

Just a bit of information I live in Delaware. 

This is because without the agreement, then I would be de facto representing the seller and MD law does not allow for dual agency.

All 4 were sold to owner occupants.Another time I had 2 rentals on a cul-de-sac street with 22 houses.
