I am interested to know the techniques you use for culling through the tax rolls and targeting specific groups.Where I'm from the tax info is online and each entry has a tax code designated to it, like: PB - Probate, AH - Affidavit of HeirshipWhich codes would you target?

So I was wondering if they look at the designs of the complex and then see the market value for each individual condo when finished and add that up for a total to see if it would be smart to give the loan?

When something is designed for mass appeal - chances are there's money to be made when the masses screw it up.
