Honestly I have a love hate relationship because of what you describe.

I don't get any key word alerts the only way I can use BP is to scroll through and open up threads.I do get alerts if someone votes for me or is trying to send me a PMI have asked the mother ship for help but still in limbo here.As for this deal.. how it was described is a little confusing so I could not comment on it.There are better guys in the bay area for forecasting the market..

They admitted that they had a buyer and they dropped out because they got work of this same notice I described.

I didn't factor that into turnover costs.I like using the "Take One" box because it really cuts down on the amount of phone calls I have to take to describe the property over and over.

Now to answer your questions...Based on what you described, the person was actually NOT a squatter. 

Funny, but I think you'll find that once you get some momentum, "slow" isn't the word you would use to describe it.
