Someone STOLE my "For Rent" sign!!!

Someone stole my "For Rent" sign with a "Take One" box from the front yard of my rental property. Who does that!?! Anyone else had this experience?

I asked the neighbor if she saw anything. Turns out she did see it happen and gave me a description of the vehicle, but I don't think that it is worth pursuing. Had to go get another one. :-(

Well ... it did say "take one" ;)

We use to have this happen quite frequently in September - October when the students were first back at university and the course-load not yet heavy enough to curb the imbibed outings.
