Recommendations ;Property Managers in Jacksonville,FL ?

Hi Everyone,

I'm looking for recommendations for excellent property managers in Jacksonville,FL. Currently working with a property manager but not too satisfied  with the  service. Long time to respond , getting work done ,etc. 

Would need to be someone willing to work in lower income areas of Jacksonville,FL where properties are typically under $60,000 or so. 

Own several properties in the area and looking to add properties rapidly.
