If you evict the guy and he cant move the home , you will have to take it via abandonment ( about a 6 month process all in ) look up Texas Department of Housing and community Affairs Manufactured Housing Division, you will find a form and process that addresses this.

SF's planning and building department are just too understaffed and have their heads up their rectums to get their acts together and more and more people are going to opt for Oakland.

Talk to an attorney regarding this, because if the building department later finds a violation of the occupancy, the fines would be more expensive than talking to an attorney.

I have called the town building department and wetland department and I haven't heard anything promising.

Also talk to fire department....maybe public info officer can give you a list of calls they go on or the fire marshall might have a list.
