I just want to say that while I AM a real estate agent, that is NOT why I am here, well at least not to try to get business for that part of my income.I am here because years ago my dad got me hooked on the rich dad / poor dad mentality, which I'm sure most of you know about.

Until your rich you should not leave money sitting around anyways it needs to be put to work in other assets to generate enough money to make you rich.

Let's try to get Rich Weese and @J Scott, also @Brian Burke, I listened to his Podcast today, and he mentioned investing in other areas.

My family all thought I was crazy for trying to get into real estate investing at age 21 but after reading enough about the industry and after so many rich dad poor dad books, you feel compelled to act.

There's an old saying "cashflow pays the bills, but appreciation makes you rich."

I recently attended the Rich Dad education 3 day seminar on real estate investing and I want to say THANK YOU Bigger Pockets members and creators.

Also Rich Weese.

Keep in mind that the rich act in spite of fear while others allow fear to sop them.Education is the best fight against fear.
