Much of what you request would be contained within the Letter of Intent (LOI) we would issued to the owners of a small to mid-sized apartment (say 12 - 50 units) and is pretty standard far when transacting such commercial properties.However, when you are dealing with residential (1-4) or very small (5 - 10) unit properties, you are often dealing with owners who are less sophisticated and who may, or may not, treat their property as a business.

The county departments make information available to you......this doesn't mean they have to generate "lists" containing different parameters.....you have to figure how to use the public access that is available.

Still curious, I called the selectmen's office and spoke with a very nice and helpful lady who, also surprised that neither the letter nor the minutes contained any information other than the denial, put me on hold and pulled the internal notes used to generate the minutes.
