It's easy to say things like, "you'll get access to the MLS" and "you'll be able to save on commissions", but it's my understanding that I would need to park my license with a registered broker, is that correct?

However I need to add that it has been a constant and continued battle every month to get their statement straight :missing note(s), adjusted interest rate increase based on overall portfolio investment amount not paid, issues on re-investment dates ...The communication with their consultant is fine, however he appears to have to power to get things corrected once and for all.

The routers we use are capable of both layer 2 & 3 segregation and we provide each unit with its own isolated network segment.802.11 (WiFi) becomes problematic as the size of the building grows:  if you have 6-tenants, each with their own personal WiFi network the interference is tolerable, but once you scale to a 20+ units the tenants access points will be fighting with each other and there will be a lot of RF noise.
