Hi @Charles SoperOur numbers are different because I'm assuming 35% expenses.For a 10 unit complex, isn't 35% more realistic?

Hi all, newbies investing in real estate looking to get into a large apartment complex, but for now looking to buy single or small until complex. 

Tax sale can be lucrative but it is complex.

All that said, you'll probably pay somewhere around $8k to $40k (depending on complexity) to set this up.
