I'd have a concrete idea of what you want done i.e. countertops, backspalsh, vanities, flooring, paint - before meeting with them for more accurate quotes.

I'm not sure what the basement looks like now but if you strip it down to bare concrete you can do your best to seal it that way.

I have just put offers on 2 Single family homes & one of which I plan to live in.The foundation in the basement has been painted white & I believe there could be some issues as the outer concrete wall has softened.

.- If you can find a house around $120k within 3 blocks of BSU you will be golden.I use vision properties for management.We do have some new apt buildings built that are hurting some vacancy rates, but college rentals are doing great.I use Riverwood bank.
