Want to rehab my own properties but I don’t feel qualified
I’ve been listening to BP podcasts for too long without action and I’m ready to do something FINALLY. My goal is to rehab my own rentals but I don’t feel qualified. What is the best way to get training/knowledge on all thinks home remodeling/renovating?
Looked into courses but I currently own another business that demands about 50-60 hrs a week. Any advice?

I'd advise you to get your experience by being on-site as much as you can when the contractors are there working. Observe, and only interrupt them if there is a real problem. Other than that, observe, and ask them questions while they are taking a break.
Know when to say "no". It's very rewarding to do the rehab hand-on. It's also very expensive to have to re-do work you did yourself but didn't do correctly. If it's truly a great deal, there should be room in there for hiring professionals. If the deal only works because you are doing the work, you have bought yourself a job.
