@Bhai Shah -  we are local REI and honestly that question is too broad.  

The coverage afforded to an Additional Insured is not always as broad as the coverage afforded to a Named Insured.

But I want to ask people's opinion on how you would start your real estate investment if you were in my shoes so that I have a broad range of options that would fit me best to my situation.1.

Real estate is so broad, and so many avenues you chose from.

Hope that give some insight into "asset based lending", which is basically a spectrum.
