Thank you.I know the neighborhood very well and have 2 properties nearby.The difference is this will be our first rehab at this scale and didn’t know how the rules change.We want to rehab the building to contain 25 Two Bedroom units at approx. 1100 sq ft per unit and rent for $1500 each.
