Get replacements for the damaged ones, and next time find a local cabinet supplier that gets them into their warehouse in "knock down" (in assembled in flat packaging) form, and where you get plywood sides and bottoms.

It was a win-win all the way around.I just got a really good deal from a tenant who didn't want to move a leather couch, matching leather chair, flat screen type television stand, microwave, vacuum cleaner, 2 window air conditioners, kitchen table with 4 chairs, coffee table, and end table... all for $200 cash + $100 towards extra cleaning services to get his apartment back in shape.

Lots of jobs had left many of those areas (especially MI and OH).A combination of above average foreclosure rates, and below average population growth have caused home prices to suffer, while rents on the other hand, have stayed close to flat
