I also know what will do well since you need amenities in some markets during the offseason that most single family homes do not have so those people have to give the rental away, if they can even compete with the properties that do have a heated pool and amenities year around.

We currently have 20 spaces with room for more, sets on 16 acres, we hope to ad additional amenities in near future as well.

There are some in the area that are in the $500s or lower that still offer plenty of amenities.
